Our Story
Spira was founded by two people who’ve spent their careers redefining what travel can be.
Siranush, Co-Founder, is Armenian, and began leading tours through her homeland at 18. Over seventeen years, she rose to the top of the industry — working with American travel companies, serving on Armenia’s Tourism Committee, and designing bespoke itineraries for governments and VIP clients worldwide. She also owns her own marketing company, focused on developing tourism products and promotion.
Naveen Macardell, Co-Founder, is American, with a management background from a Silicon Valley tech company, where he led operations across five companies, along with firsthand experience in over 150 countries and deep expertise in scale and the standards discerning clients expect.
Together, they built Spira on real-world experience — not theory. Every program we design reflects seventeen years of specialized expertise, insight from 150+ countries, and one non-negotiable standard: depth and distinction in every detail.
